Phoebe

Our other adoption story is about my brother, Steve, and his wife, Alice. They, too, adopted a baby from China. They waited three long years to get a referral, but on Christmas Eve this last year they finally got their referral! They went to China at the end of February through early March, and with them they brought back our newest niece, Phoebe!

A week or so after they returned, they came over for a visit. Phoebe is about a month younger than Mason, and those two were exactly the same size! So at least we know they were well fed at the orphanage! Phoebe was sitting up great, but not crawling yet. She's also in the process of learning things like feeding herself, and trying new foods to see what she likes. It's so much fun to see the kids interact!

Phoebe, Kendal, and Mason

Kendal loved Phoebe's hair. She wanted to touch and brush it.

Mason loves other kids, so watching those two little ones was very precious. Mason already loves to share! They also drooled simultaneously.

What a happy girl!
