A Fun Weekend

This last weekend was great. Saturday was a beautiful day! We were outside all day long. That evening we're like, man, it must be warm...Mason's a little red. Well, turns out Mason was more like a little sunburned, as was I, a little. We think the poor guy must have my skin. Kendal is blessed with brown R. family skin. We slathered him with aloe, and the next day he looked fine, so maybe it was just the heat, but I guess we'll find out this summer. Bring on the sunscreen!


Sunday we went to my brother, Steve's, church, The Urban Refuge, for Phoebe's dedication. At their church, they do a dedication to the church in lieu of baptism as a baby, which would then be done as an adult choice instead. They had a bit of a baby boom at their church over the last few months, so like 16 babies were dedicated that morning! It was very cool.

My other brother, Paul, his wife Aura Lee, and their kids made it down from Fargo. Here's Josie (7 years), Lexie (15 years), Kendal, Mason, and Phoebe...all the M. family grandkids!
